I have always known I would write and the characters in this story would not let me be! I had them swimming around in my brain for awhile before I finally began writing Sacrifice. I think the day I began writing it started with me finishing yet another fantasy novel and thinking to myself, 'Why haven't I done this yet?' I went home and started writing immediately.
